About Hadeel Medical Centre
Hadeel Medical Centre is a patient-centred general practice providing comprehensive healthcare. Our GPs offer a full range of medical services, including general consultations, prescriptions, medical certificates, preventative care, chronic disease management, mental health care, circumcision procedures and skin cancer checks, including melanoma, squamous cell carcinoma (SCC) and basal cell carcinoma (BCC).
Minor procedures include:
Skin cancer excision.
Skin grafts and skin flaps.
Cyst removal.
Ingrown toenail treatment.
Abscess incision and drainage.
Laceration suturing.
Removal of foreign bodies.

Who can book an appointment with Dr Kashba?
Dr Kashba currently sees adult patients aged 18 years and over only at Hadeel Medical Centre.
Patients under 18 years of age are not currently eligible to book an appointment with Dr Kashba.

About Dr Saleh Kashba
Dr Saleh Kashba received his Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery from Garyounis University in Libya in 2006.
He subsequently enrolled in a neurosurgical training program. In 2009, Dr Kashba was awarded a scholarship to undertake his PhD and postgraduate neurosurgical training in Australia.
Following this, Dr Kashba moved into part-time general practice, working in Sydney, Lithgow and Bathurst.
Dr Kashba is also a part-time neurosurgical fellow working with Dr Darweesh Alkhwaja and Dr Vanessa Perotti at Norwest and Nepean Hospitals.
He is a clinical supervisor for medical students at both Sydney University and Western Sydney University.

At present, Dr Kashba sees adult patients aged 18 years and over only at Hadeel Medical Centre. Patients under 18 are not currently eligible to book with Dr Kashba.
Yes. Bulk billing is available for patients with a valid Medicare card.
If you do not have a Medicare card, you will be privately billed and need to pay at the time of your appointment. Our current private fees are:
Standard consultation (up to 15 minutes): $120
Extended consultation (up to 30 minutes): $190
If you are waiting for your Medicare card to arrive, we can bulk bill your appointment once your card is active. You will not need to pay anything upfront for these appointments; please let reception know when your card arrives so we can update your details.
Payment is required at the time of consultation for privately billed appointments.
An invoice will be printed for private patients and will include the practice’s bank account details.
Payment can be made by cash or bank transfer.
Please contact the practice as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. You may also be able to manage your appointment through your HotDoc confirmation or reminder message.
Privacy and Confidentiality
Every staff member at Hadeel Medical Centre is bound by a signed privacy clause in their employment agreement. All information received during a consultation between a doctor and the patient is considered personal and private health information. Medical information includes past medical and social history, current health issues, and future medical care. Doctors, staff and contractors maintain the privacy of personal information. Medical records are the property of the practice. Only written requests for access to medical records are accepted.
All members of Hadeel Medical Centre understand the importance of respecting confidentiality with the information they receive during their employment. Medical details will only be shared with fellow professionals outside the Practice Team with the patient’s informed consent.

We constantly strive to give patients the best possible care and attention, but if you are dissatisfied with any element of our service, please bring this to our attention so we can do better next time. Your feedback is important to us.
